Navro began exploring ways to help their employees gain a better understanding of themselves and their teams. Results after working with C-me

C-me onboarded Navro to their platform, beginning by profiling their leaders. Several team members at Navro became C-me accredited, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to conduct internal workshops. Now, Navro has the resources to enhance communication, collaboration, and leadership across the organisation. Employees have gained a better understanding of themselves and how to work effectively with others, significantly improving working relationships. C-me is now an integral part of Navro's leadership training and development modules, including areas such as wellbeing, conflict management, impactful presentations, influencing others, and giving and receiving feedback.
