About Flat Iron

In 2012, during the London Olympics, Flat Iron opened above a Shoreditch pub after months of searching for the perfect beef. Aiming to make exceptional steak accessible to all by using delicious yet affordable secondary cuts, they quickly drew crowds lining down the stairs. Today, they continue their mission of offering remarkable steak to everyone.

Before C-me

Flat Iron prioritised developing their management team by focusing on building soft skills and fostering a sense of investment. They aimed to create a new Career Pathways Structure to support employee growth and, at the same time, cultivate a feedback-driven culture to strengthen resilience.

Results after working with C-me

C-me onboarded Flat Iron to their platform to start profiling their management team and leaders. To support, individuals within Flat Iron become accredited so they could deliver training and workshops internally. Flat Iron now report that since using C-me they have seen an improvement in communication and feedback among their managers. It has also improved and strengthened the relationships between their managers in different sites. Employees report that they've enjoyed the training and they feel their development is invested in.
