Before C-me

Before working with C-me, Voxsmart's leadership behaviours were being interpreted inconsistently across individuals, teams, and functions. There was no shared behavioural language to describe communication styles, behavioural preferences, or the impact leaders and colleagues were having on one another. This made it harder for teams to build strong cohesion, adapt their leadership approach, and collaborate effectively across different working styles.

Results after working with C-me

Following the C-me, leaders and teams gained a clear, shared behavioural framework and common language for understanding behavioural styles and communication preferences. The workshop enabled individuals to recognise their own behavioural tendencies, appreciate differences in others, and understand how their behaviour can be perceived and adapted in different situations. As a result, leadership behaviours became more consistent and intentional, self-awareness and empathy increased across the team, and overall team cohesion and communication improved.
