Before C-me
Kitt needed to foster cohesion and collaboration across teams and departments. Recognising that every team plays a crucial role, they aimed to unify everyone to ensure smooth transitions, effective communication, and increased productivity. Additionally, Kitt observed a reluctance among employees to provide feedback, a vital component of development.
Results after working with C-me
Kitt onboarded their employees to the C-me platform and conducted an initial Foundation workshop. They now report having a common language that everyone buys into, which helps in de-escalating feedback, preventing it from being perceived as negative or conflict-inducing. Employees are now equipped with tools to better prepare for meetings, maximising everyone's contributions and time.
C-me has given us the ability to not only work through our differences, but also to celebrate them. We are miles better at feedback, collaboration, and getting the best out of each other and our partners. The more we have invested, the more we get out of the tool.
