Before C-me

Before working with C-me, the organisation had already used a number of people development and behavioural tools to support communication and teamwork. While these provided some individual insight, they did not create a shared behavioural language or translate consistently into day-to-day working practices.

Without a common framework, colleagues often defaulted to their own communication styles, making it harder to adapt to others, particularly in busy or high-pressure environments.

Key challenges included:

- No shared behavioural language to support effective communication and collaboration. 

- Insight from previous tools remaining largely theoretical.

- Ongoing challenges around communication, understanding, and adapting to different working styles.

Results after working with C-me

C-me has provided the team with a shared language to better understand how colleagues communicate, make decisions, and respond to different situations. This has helped improve everyday interactions and strengthened collaboration across the team.

As a result:

- Colleagues have a clearer understanding of each other’s communication preferences and working styles.

- Teams are better able to adapt their approach when working with different people or under pressure.

- Misunderstandings are addressed more quickly, helping reduce friction in day-to-day interactions.
