Before C-me
Laing O’Rourke was dedicated to achieving zero safety incidents and had implemented a specialised program to increase personal responsibility and enhance leadership, as these were directly linked to safety outcomes. They sought a profiling tool to boost communication, understanding, and engagement within teams, aiming to increase self-awareness and personal responsibility. Laing O'Rourke needed a tool to help navigate diverse communication preferences and leadership styles effectively, empowering employees to adapt their behavior and thinking as needed.
