Before C-me
Flywire invested significant resources and time into enhancing its culture and L&D strategy to ensure all employees feel valued. The People team aimed to improve communication and collaboration, enhance the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives, and increase employee self-awareness.
Results after working with C-me
By providing all employees access to their C-me profiles and introducing the language of behavioral profiling into the company, Flywire achieved significant success. C-me profiled employees, helping them gain insights into their own and their colleagues' working styles, which improved communication and teamwork. The tool gave employees a deeper understanding of their strengths and weaknesses, enabling them to develop their personal leadership skills. The Learning & Development team utilised the C-me facilitator course to run informative and engaging workshops, resulting in employees retaining more knowledge and skills.
C-me, as a tool, has helped our employees better understand themselves and team mates to improve communication and ways of working. The Learning & Development team undertook the C-me accreditation course and has utilised this to run various C-me workshops which FlyMates find both informative and fun!
