Lowe Rental recognised the need to enhance communication between teams and departments. They saw that their training and development programs required an overhaul, as self-awareness and employee engagement were lacking. Leaders at Lowe Rental needed to gain a better understanding of their own leadership styles and, crucially, learn how to understand and bring out the best in their teams.
Lowe Rental embraced the C-me platform, inviting employees to complete a C-me report. To support this initiative, several team members became C-me accredited, enabling them to deliver workshops and training sessions internally. This approach led to significant improvements in communication, team performance, and employee engagement. By having this as a focus, employees have become more self-aware, better understand their working styles, and have started to develop personalised development plans. Additionally, individuals and teams now have a greater appreciation for each other's differences.
