Our vision at Kids Matter is to see every child in need raised in a strong family and to have a chance to flourish in life from their earliest years. Parenting is hard, and so much more for mums, dads and carers who are also contending with the everyday impact of poverty. Our aim is to help as many parents/carers as possible build resilience through our community-based parenting programmes which run in the heart of their local communities, equipping them with the competence, confidence, and community needed to enable their children to thrive.
Kids Matter embarked on a journey to improve their communication on multiple fronts. They aimed to overcome communication challenges between teams and across departments, while also enhancing communication and efficiency between managers and their team members. Additionally, Kids Matter sought to help their employees identify their strengths and learn how to leverage them to their full advantage.
C-me onboarded Kids Matter to their platform, allowing employees to share their preferences and gain a deeper understanding of each other's unique skills and areas for growth. This insight has improved cross-team collaboration, especially when communication styles differ significantly. Within management, C-me has increased productivity and enhanced team members' wellbeing by enabling them to work more in their "sweet spots" while receiving support in areas requiring growth.
