About BBC

The BBC is the world's leading public service broadcaster. We’re impartial and independent, and every day we create distinctive, world-class programmes and content which inform, educate and entertain millions of people in the UK and around the world.

Before C-me

Taking on new leadership responsibilities and managing a rapidly growing team spread across the country presented its own set of challenges. The BBC realised that their geographically dispersed teams were not getting to know each other well. Leaders needed to learn how to manage effectively amidst these dynamics. Additionally, the BBC aimed to help teams interact better and support other departments within the organisation to maintain healthy boundaries. An Annual Engagement Survey revealed that team members were not as engaged as anticipated, highlighting the need for improved interaction and support.
